1. i) Job Opportunities, ii) Culture, iii) Safety, iv) Education, v) Environment 2. My city is Anaheim, CA. It is a suburb of Los Angeles. The top-5 reasons I live here are as follows: i) proximity to family, ii) southern California beach environment, iii) safety, iv) cultural venues, and v) proximity to jobs. 3. From a global perspective, my place of residence is very high on the scale, around 95. The US has a very high standard of living; California has a strong economy with many cultural and recreational activities; Anaheim is safe with a high population of skilled workers. However, Anaheim lacks the exciting dynamics and atmospheres of the truly international cities such as London, Tokyo, and New York. 4. The change Anaheim needs is to be more sustainable. Unfortunately, Orange County's local governments are highly conservative and do not embrace sustainable policies as much as other parts of the US and the state. 5. The three cities I would move to are: Berlin, Paris, or Switzerland. These three European countries match my criteria more.
