Comment all the information that is visible in this photo: - Island on the river. - Boats docked with the island. - Lamps on the island. - Green area on the island. - Monument on the green area on the island. - Buildings and green areas along the river. - Bridge over the river (behind the island). - Cars crossing the bridge over the river. Identify and present two "invisible information" that can be extracted out of the visible information of this photo: 1. Number of people per day visiting the island to look at the monument on the green area. 2. Number of minutes per day during which the car traffic flow crossing the bridge over the river is blocked. Select one of your choices from the previous question and describe how this invisible information can become knowledge and contribute to the planning of a more livable urban space: 2. To become knowledge, the "invisible information" needs to be enriched with more data, e.g. sensory/visual data that measures the movement of the cars crossing the bridge over the river. Together, they might help the city to discuss a possible, new bridge construction to relieve the existing bridge traffic-wise.
