The main idea is to make an application that allows citizens to make contributions of what they see, what ideas or suggestions they have or what they want in the city. It would work like this: - The user takes a photo of a place of interest in the city and makes a collage. You can make annotations/text, mix it with other images, cut parts, draw on it, etc. - Then, the edited photo will be uploaded and geographic reference will be made to the place where it was taken so that the government and users see places that have more or fewer ideas/problems/interventions. - Users can view and vote for other projects, or interact and make contributions with other users. In this way, you make a community of interests. The problem I see with these types of applications is how we involve people with them. Should the government stimulate users, with discounts on taxes or other types of impulses if they actively participate?
