Hello, my name is Rodrigo, I live in Brasília, Brazil. Answering the questions: Step 1: List of 5 habitable cities in my opinion were: 1 - Copenhagen (Denmark); 2 - Sydney (Australia); 3 - Vancouver (Canada); 4 - Vienna (Austria); and 5 - Zurich (Switzerland). Step 2: Characteristics that make a city livable were: 1 - Stability (politics, economy, security, job offers and accommodation for all) Comfortable, well distributed and welcoming shelter. 2 - Basic resources (food and water, transport, public security) 3 - Happiness and culture 4 - Constant renewable energy, such as sustainability (economic and environmental) 5 - Climate, selected seasons, climate prone to quality of life, social life, sport and leisure. Step 3: In the city where it is located, the fifth indicator (climate) is more punctual. Brasília, does not have enough job offers for the population, as this is limited to living in the third sector (services). It has political stability achieved through direct elections. It has good infrastructure, water, sewage, transportation, security, health and education (public services) and urban planning. However, nearby cities are in need of services, which brings great inequality. Thus leading to a low index of culture and happiness in these regions.
