The five most liveable cities are: 1- Vienna, Austria; 2- Melbourne, Australia; 3- Vancouver, Canada; 4- Zürich, Switzerland; 5- Munich, Germany. The five principal characteristics that make a city liveable are: 1- Stability (political, economic, security, job offers) 2- Infrastructure (drinking water, sustainable energy source, waste recycling, sewage treatment, high-quality roads, efficient public transport that covering the entire city, good quality housing, efficient city design, accessibility for all) 3- Culture & Environmental (less air pollution, care for the environment, availability of culture and sports, climate and temperature, without noise pollution, without social or religious restrictions.) 4- Education (good quality and affordable for everyone) 5- Healthcare (good quality and availability of private and public healthcare) The city of Ouroeste is considered rural and calm. On the one hand, healthcare is excellent, it has a good quality of basic infrastructure and education available to all. On the other hand, the city is considered stagnant, with little job offers and high unemployment. Political problems are also visible, as well as across the country, creating a climate of tension and distrust.
