1. Five most livable cities to my opinion are: Vienna, Luxembourg, Stockholm, Toronto, Cape Town 2. Five characteristics of livable cities to my own observation: Environment, Stability, Health Care, Education, Quality of infrastructure and services 3. Status of the city I am currently residing - Johannesburg: Environment (15%), Stability (17.5%), Health Care (12%), Education (5%), Quality of infrastructure and services (12%). Total score 61.5% Steps to improvement: rehabilitation of all mining sites and correction of misused current mining sites, water treatment, integrated waste recycling program, limitation of landfills, replacement of coal powered power stations to alternative ones. Invest into health care industry and nationalize it. Increase level of trained teachers and quality of schools and study materials, reduce school fees. Reduce level of corruption in spheres such as services and infrastructure development.
