1. Citizen scientists are contributing to a number of these projects by data contributing methods amidst many others like mapping environment parameters etc 2. In a scenario of safety making the neighborhood not lively - in order to introduce public spaces it is essential to integrate citizen's ideas and wishes in the urban planning process. One of the ways would be to gain active feedback and first hand experience of the space, additions or subtractions in the facilities being thought for the public space, understanding the cause of space being unsafe, help attain mass contribution in data documentation etc 3. Guidelines to consider in a CDS would include time, cost, range of interests/ variety of opinions, feasibility etc
