1. Top five criteria: 1. Job opportunities; 2. Safety; 3. Healthcare; 4. International connectivity; 5. Education / Economy. 2. I live Milan, where I was born and raised and where I came back after a few years living abroad. Top five reasons why I live here: 1. Getting some professional experiences and accreditations which I couldn't achieve anywhere else; 2. Stay closer to my family and longterm friends for a while. No more reasons. 3. Job opportunities: 60/100; Safety: 60/100; Healthcare: 80/100; International connectivity: 70/100; Education: 80/100; Economy: 50/100. Overall score: 65/100. 4. What affects livability the most to me here are job opportunity and economic and fiscal conditions, as well as the cost of living connected to them and the consumer purchasing power, which are issues to be streamlined on a national and international basis through a reform of the current structure. 5. I would move back to Shanghai, or move to Zurich or Singapore. The main reasons to move would be: job opportunities, more favourable economic situation, improvement in personal safety, good education if I will have kids in the future and interconnections with other places internationally.
