Hello everyone, This picture is that of my neighbourhood and as you can see it has a lot of greenery as well as tall building. I stay in a place in Mumbai, where the population density is quite high. However, on camparing the temperature difference along with the nearby rural are, the difference is not more than 4 degrees because the nearby place also heats up quite a lot being a coastal area. In my opinion, increasing trees and reducing use of private vehicles can be done as being a populated area best way to reduce the temperature difference would be by mitigating the use of private vehicles.
