In the rural scene there is extensive green space, roads made from natural material or non-reflective concrete; less pollution, wide waterways and extensive breezes 3. Which are the measures you would propose? Significantly more green and open unpaved space; improved placement of structures to aid circulating breeze; cap on emissions. 4. It is slowly being discussed – but little in the way of any urban planning or coordinated or integrated solutions to mitigate existing impacts; or plans for future growth.
