Hello, my name is José, I live in Quito-Ecuador. According to my perspective, the 5 cities where habitability is most convenient are: Melbourne, Vancouver, Zurich, Tokyo and Munich. The reason why these cities are among the best is because of the health system, government; the security they offer to citizens, the infrastructure of each city. Compared to Quito, the city where I live, it needs to change many aspects, mainly the safety of the people who live there, it also needs to change the culture of the people, with these changes it could become a more habitable city.
