Most liveable cities: Punta Cana, Quito, Guayaquil, Ibarra, Ambato. Characteristics that make a city liveable: Urban design, Basic services, work opprtunities, climate, Connectivity Step 3: Quito, Ecuador has a poor modern urban design because it was constructed arroud the colonial buildings. In my zone, basic services are fully coveres but in the external parts of the city there is lack of services. Due to the pandemic work opportunities decreased a lot, but before this, it was already difficult. climate is perfect in Quito, it is a combination of warm and cool days, rains and dry seassons; you can even have the 4 seassons in the same day! Quito is locate in a good sport in the middle of the cuntry, you have amazon reagion and the coastal one really close. Also it is not difficul to reach Colombia.
