My Citizen Design Science Project would be first of all with the collaboration of citizens, of people who actually LIVE the city and can detect everyday problems and no longer leave it at the mercy of big business owners who just want to transform cities in a functional place, always aiming at production for the capitalist system, even if it compromises people's lives. So I would consult with individuals from different neighborhoods to analyze problems and overcome them. I would think of a city with multifunctional areas, and decentralized, so that there is life, security and appropriation of the city as a whole and not only in urban centers, with better lighting and spaces for 24-hour use. It would always reconcile a sustainable city, valuing green areas and natural leisure spaces. In addition, try to associate buildings with green roofs, community gardens, etc. so that society integrates more and so that the city, the streets are spaces of affective belongings / memories, that are integrated to people and cleaner. Only with this awareness will they be able to realize the importance of questioning this model of capitalist neo-liberal city and trying to improve it. Invest in improving public and clean.
