1. Sustainable Barcelone Map: https://bcnsostenible.cat/ This project is about the city of Barcelona, Spain. Through this website, the citizens can collaborate with pictures, articles of sustainability or just ideas, about what could be improved in the city. It is also a transparency portal for the inhabitants, who can see all the projects that are being done. 2. I would ask the citizens about the problem and ask them for potential solutions or ideas they have. We can collect this information in a neighborhood meeting or by information systems as website or app. Other stakeholders like the government should participate. Measure, for example: I would install light equipments (darkness creates insecurity) 3. Firstly, it is important to collect information, about the context, the problem or the background information. Secondly, to organise the team of planners, engineers, architects, people from government and people representative from the neighborhood, to lay the fondations of the project, before to start. After that, it is important to speak to citizens, they could collaborate in giving their opinions, ideas, etc. All the stakeholders should participate in all the phases of the project from the beginning to the realisation.
