Five most liveable cities from my experience are: 1. Pune 2. Nagpur 3. Bhopal 4. Chandigarh 5. Bengaluru Five characteristics that make the city liveable are: 1. Accessibility 2. Sustainability 3. Mobility 4. Diversity 5. Affordability My city Pune is not great in term of accessibility and affordability but good in other three factors.
