Helena Characteristics of a liveable city: It has to be clean, citizens of the city have to be polite, the public transport has to be efficient, it has to be a modern city with the latest tecnology. Quito for example is clearly a city inside a third world country. People is rude, the public transport is inefficient, only few parts of the city are modern. I think that a city improes when the people that live in there improves their modals and mentality.
