Top Livability criteria: Housing Health Job opportunities Environment Transportation I live in Montreuil, France. Main reasons: Job opportunity Good health and social system Transportation options Housing opportunities (at least more than Paris) Green spaces Awerage Score 70/100. 1) Housing 60/100. Medium availability, high costs, more demand than offer. But the housing are in general fine, with patio and gardens, single-family houses. 2) Health 85/100. Public system, it is included on the taxes we pay from our salary. It is not top because there is a lot of demand and waiting lists but the quality of the professionals is quite high. 3) Transportation options 60/100. It could be a higher score for the areas near Paris which have a great connection in public transport, but in Montreuil, connections are based on buses lines, and there are several problems, traffic etc. At least there is a public transport. 4) Job opportunities: 80/100. Better than other regions of France, low unemployement, but lower salaries than Paris. 5) Green spaces 70/100 /environmental: based mostly in private spaces, gardens are common but public existing green areas could be improved. How to improve livability: A better transport connection, more frecquency and security in transport
