"Construction used to be a localised activity, but with the advancement of construction processes and construction materials almost every building contains components of a globalized economy." In this picture, you can see a trailer from Eiffage. As an international company, I imagine the technology used in the materials and the building process comes from all over the world. Moreover, I am unsure whether the trailer is made in France, but it is for sure not made in Vichy. Technology used to make the construction happen is globalized, and I imagine I could see the exact same picture on the other side of the planet.
