The above picture is taken in mumbai and shows the daily scene in that area. In my opinion the 5 cities in the order of their livability and where I have been to to experience are: 1. Mumbai 2. Bangalore 3. Chandigarh 4. Kolkata 5. Hyderabad This is only because i have visited these cities and i am well aware of their planning and architecture. In fact Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata are famous metropolitan cities, whereas, chandigarh and hyderabad are really well planned in terms of amenities and ease of living. However Mumbai and Bangalore are cities that a very high rate of constant improvements and have a better chance of becoming resilient cities very soon.
