STEP 1: Paris, Quito, Orlando, Foz de Iguazu, Toronto STEP 2: Safe, affordable, cool temperature, not contaminating, calm (not noisy). STEP 3: I live in Quito, Ecuador and it is a city relatively, generally affordable and safe. Even though it is located in the equator, its climate is mostly cool throughout the day because it is located in the Andean range. The problems Quito faces are its noisiness and the fact that its air quality is not the best. In order to make the city less noisy, authorities should move big factories/industries far away from the city; they should also promote the use of public transportation in order to reduce noise and smog caused by the big amount of cars. On the other hand, Quito should research/invest more on solar energy devices considering the city is sunny most part of the year.
