I have an education that integrates well into the French job market . It is a city with a lot of culture and recreational possibilities . I was supposed to move abroad but got stuck because of COVID-19 (I bet that's the first time you have this one :)) 3/ Education - 80 Job opportunities - 65 Culture - 95 Safety - 90 Political Stability - 95 4/ I would take measures to make the city more walkable (even though it is very good already). France enjoys a temperate climate and reclaiming the streets from cars would be great. Closing some small areas to cars might create a new dynamism without disrupting the general transportation system too much. 5/ Dubai/ Cape Town / New Delhi . Gates to the whole region . Strong entrepreneurial ecosystems (relevant for my job opportunities) . I understand and speak the lingua franca . High economic growth potential in the next 20 years . Culture to enjoy and discover
