Since the end of the three-decade civil conflict, Sri Lanka is now focusing on long-term strategic and structural development challenges as it strives to transition to an upper middle income country. Health care is also free in all government hospitals, and the new government has reduced most of the essential medicine and a new health Bill is in discussion With alot of opertunertits opening up for foreign ferms locals are getting new job opportunities 4. I'm in a area where the residents of Colombo pass to go to the city every morning and get back home every evening. The biggest problem I see is public transport and bigger wider roads and more optional exits for roads so that there are few options to get to the main city. 5.
