Safety and security: crime and violence here are rare. 2. Neighborhood: almost everyone knows each other, making the neighborhood pleasant and friendly. 3. Infrastructure: basic infrastructure services are of excellent quality. 4. Environment: even hot, the climate here is comfortable. Although surrounded by plantations, there is greater contact with nature nearby, providing good leisure for people. 5. Health care: there is a health post in the district that serves the community well, in addition, the municipality also has a hospital, and the health service, in general, is great. 3) 1.
