Propose how your city should/could be transformed in relation to these characteristics in order to be more Answer: If evaluated in a scale of 5, the city of Shenzhen in China would score in terms of the five charateristc that I listed above as: 4, 4, 4, 5, 5. To be more liveable, Shenzhen should introduce more rules of public governance to reasonably improve its citizens behaviours; should keep its momentum in science and technology innovation to achieve even better and faster in economic development; should invest more and more in the benefits if its citizens' education and healthcare.
