Water has been one of the most important stocks and flows in Tampre. The city was founded along the banks of a rapids, where early industrialists built water mills and hydro-turbines. The mills and turbines allowed the city to grow by providing jobs as well as necessitating stocks and flows of goods and materials. The stocks could be used in the future to provide renewable electricity to the downtown district.
