Factors for livability: 1- Stability (political, economic, security, job offers) 2- Infrastructure (drinking water, sustainable energy source, waste recycling, sewage treatment, high-quality roads, efficient public transport, good quality housing, efficient city design, accessibility for all) 3- Culture & Environmental (less air pollution, care for the environment, availability of culture and sports, climate and temperature, without noise pollution) 4- Education 5- Healthcare The city of Ouroeste is considered rural and calm. On the one hand, healthcare is excellent, it has a good quality of basic infrastructure and education available to all. On the other hand, the city is considered stagnant, with little job offers and high unemployment. Political problems are also visible, as well as across the country, creating a climate of tension and distrust. In small cities like the one I live in, it would be easy to improve the quality of life, to make the city smarter and more resilient with some measures being implemented, but for that, it would be necessary that the city's administrative governments also want to make these changes together with their citizens.
