In the suburb of Tripoli, Serraj (I have attached a photo of this location), where I live, there isn't any kind of sewage or drainage system. This poses major difficulties during the rainy season between Nov-March. The obvious citizen design science project that I would choose would be for citizens to contribute to identifying areas of flooding and extreme risk, bot for cars to use alternate routes, as well as for cleanup purposes, among other things
