1. My top 5 criteria are perhaps a bit different Healthcare Economy Infrastructure Education Environment 2. I live in Tripoli, Libya, which usually does not score very well in rankings. But Tripoli does have certain benefits: - Climate - Development potential that can be exploited - Work - Simpler life - Many beaches 3. Tripoli rates very poorly on both my own scale as well as general livability scale. For instance if I assign 20% to each of the 5 criteria I mentioned, Tripoli would rate only about 25 out of 100. That would likely correspond to the same score (25/100) in the general livability score 4. I would concentrate on supporting private companies in developing the areas that I mentioned, so essentially I would focus on the economy and strengthening economic aspects 5. If I had to move, I would to on eof the following cities: 1. Toronto 2. Bahrain 3. Istanbul I chose these cities because of my personal connections with each. I grew up in Toronto, and it always resides deep in my heart. As long as I have easy access by flight etc, my second choice would be Bahrain, and third Istanbul
