The reason is for work opportunity, education and international connectivity. Culture and climate perhaps a distant 4 and 5. Photo shows place of work – but also the lack of my other key criteria – environment, economy, infrastructure 3.To what extent does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? Barely at all – would place it about 40-50. The location opportunity does however allow me to not live here full time and experience other cities and environments. 4. What would you change? Better managed infrastructure. Transport that is effective – longer range more strategic planning, Safety is improving. Why do we move? Burgundy, France; Cambridge (MA) or coast); Sydney Australia – All have excellent environment, recreation opportunities, reasonable economy (affordable), safety and healthcare; Great housing and infrastructure
