1. i)Political stability; ii)Health Care; iii)Infrastructure; iv) Housing; v)Environment 2. I live in Porto, Portugal. The main criteria that support my decision of living in my city are: family inclusion; adequate housing; health care and well-being; infrastructures; culture. 3. i) Personal:65 ii) General:70 4. I would improve the public transportation network and promote the requalification of urban historic gardens. The last initiative aims to achieve a network of public spaces that enables social inclusion, outdoor activities, sustainable strategies to manage surface water run-off and promotion of biodiversity. 5. I would select cities like Copenhagen, Helsinki and Malmo. All this scandinavian cities have common criteria of liveability that influence my perspective. The one with more impact is the Culture, and I´m not reffering to the investment on Arts, etc; the general model of a scandinavian society has a culture that privileges the sense of a sustainable community that promotes the well-being of each inhabitant. This first point is the catalyst of other important criteria like: political stability, health care, job opportunities and environment. This reinforces the dynamics allocated on "stocks and flows", that is the linkage, dependance and influence between different vectors of liveability.
