1) Political stability, Economy, Job opportunities, Infrastructure and Environment. 2) Well.. I Live in Kamnik, Slovenia. In my opinion, everything with the exception of job opportunities and stable economy is present and well organized. I'm currently still a student of architecture and the lack of job opportunities is the main reason for my probable emigration from my country shortly after I finish with my masters. If not sooner. 3) Subjective: 58 Objective: 65 4) I'd invest more in the young generation. Especially in jobs since education is already free and comparable to many other european countries. This investment would also bring economical stability in the future. 5) England, Zürich and Copenhagen. They all fit my 5 most important qualities.
