If I were responsible for coming up with a citizen-designed project, the following would be my way of approach: Developing an app that takes in general info like the locality, name, age of the user. The user can then share pics of problems he is facing, like, leakage in the water supply pipe on a particular street. In this way, the governing body can come to know about a problem in the area and act on it. Fellow citizens can also see the problem persistent as uploaded, and hence, can avoid taking that route. In order to encourage the bringing of problems to notice, the app should show the performer of the week-like award to aware citizens. The satisfaction of the citizens with the work done, or cropping up of frequent problems can be collected via a google form built within, updated, and analysed within this app. this wonderful app thus serves as a bridge between all the stakeholders and eases the solving of problems as soon as possible.
