I live in a city relay on construction to survive, for the last 10 years that i lived in Dubai, there was constant contraction; buildings, roads, infrastructures... this photo is for the new huge hotel on the man-made island, The Palm, in Dubai, it shows the enormous scale of construction, that is considered normal, is one example of the state of construction in the city. one of the main reasons why construction materiel is imported in this region is because it's fast, easy, and it cost less. designers and engineers should make using renewable resources more tempting and reasonable for users and investors by eliminating the obstacles that these materials usually face and by educating with the right methods. Knowledge is relevant to designers, investors, and the end users. education plays a fundamental role to convince the users but the challenge is that education takes time and for investors time and cost is non-negotiable.
