Attractive location, Good Food, Urban quality, Friendly and active Society, Financially sustainable. Status of the city where I live: Shanghai is a city that has been changing a lot, it has a nice and vibrant environment with a lot of activities, many restaurants and one of the best public transportation in the world. It has some pollution problems and unfortunately every years more cars circulate around the streets. The city is lacking of some authentic places, or natural environments where you can have an idea how the land was before, fortunately many buildings are taking in consideration the energy consumption problem and they started to change and reshape in a more sustainable way, for example, many terraces now are gardens and parks. How the city could be transform: There are some measures that the city can take in a short term, for example, in order to make the city more walkable, would be nice to transform some car streets into pedestrian streets, and in long term, slowly renovate the buildings to make them more sustainable, creating green terraces and more energy efficient consumer.
