Costa Rican’s culture is high on forming solid social networks of friends, families and neighbourhoods. The second reason would be the political stability. Costa Rica is a long-standing and stable democracy, this also ensures a basic level of safety and economical stability. Having no army the country spends its budget on education and healthcare, this are the third and forth criteria I consider that apply. The last reason is the environment, Costa Rica is a tropical country known for its beaches, volcanoes, and biodiversity. A pioneer of ecotourism and world leader in environmental protection. In education and healthcare I believe that my place of residence fulfils it to a very high extend. On infrastructure I think is in a medium level. Transportation is very low and in job opportunities is a ver mid-level. I consider the liveability score for my city to be in a 65/100. I would improve the criteria of transport.
