Livable cities: -Toronto -Perth -Copenhagen -Vienna -Ljubljana Characteristics that make a city livable: -Careful division of areas. Residential areas, green areas, and catchment areas. But easily accessible. -Health care, safety, and transport. -Having ways to produce income and affordable living. -Sustainability of power sources used. -Weather and resilience. I live in the capital of Maldives. My city cannot be compared amongst livable cities, but can definitely make great changes to make it more livable. Such as coming up with traffic solutions, providing more affordable living, upgrading the standards of income by eliminating cheap labor which gives way for citizens and limit foreign labor, better environmental response and awareness in future developments, accepting other forms of ideologies, art, inspiration, and banning suppression can have a lot of positive impacts towards a more livable city.
