I actually didn't move out of India(anytime), so I am with my list of top 5 liveable cities in India: 1) Surat. 2) Chandigarh 3) Jodhpur 4) Pune 5) Bangalore The quality indices for my list are as in below order : 1) Daily needs of people are met. 2) Education and cleanliness. 3) Governance and political stability. 4) People's knowledge and mentality, perception. 5) Climate.
