Low cost For Hong Kong, which is city I'm living in now, it's hardly to be seen as a livable city. Although it does satisfy what makes a city active and attractive, such as its shopping malls, convenient metro and richness in modern culture, but it doesn't meet any other needs to make a city sustainable. It's a city with a very high speed, everyday, people walk fast to go to work and go back home. The greening is hard to see in the urban area. The buildings are tall and the temperature is quite high. Also, it's a city not affordable with high house price.
