Hello,To me the most liveable cities based on my visits and experiences are 1) chandigarh 2) delhi 3)Bangalore 4) Vijayawada cause they are well planned , either it is already very green and sustainable like bangalore, or in the process of being one like vijayawada. According to me five points that make a city liveable are 1) safety 2) greener neighbourhood 3) resources & oppurtunities 4) planning 5) economy based on the above mentioned points chennai is yet to improve on all the above factors. but stands at a better place since most of parts of chennai neighbourhood is considered safe.
