Environment Health care Safety Education Infrastructure 2. Why do we live where we live? I live in Bauchrieh area in Metn District in Lebanon for those 5 reasons: I grew up here in my family The area comprises many important private and public educational institutes It’s very close to central district Beirut and other areas It’s an important industrial zone It has a significant location for commercial and banking activity. 3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? Environment 5% Health care 30% Safety 20% Education 90% Infrastructure 10% 4. What would you change? Solve Lebanon waste management crisis that we’ve been suffering from for years (especially with the existence of the Bourj Hammoud Landfill in the area) by imposing waste recycling programs with sanctions and fines and implementing environmental friendly waste solutions. 5. Why do we move? Zurich-Vienna-Oslo They all share those important qualities in my opinion: Very Clean Environment Exceptional Safety Measures High Standards Education Excellent Infrastructure Easy Transportation
