five most livable cities are: Canada Singapore Bangalore Vancouver Vienna things that make any city livable are: law and order/safety of the citizens transportation climate noise pollution social interaction my city Delhi has many modes of transportation most successful being the metro network system.being a metro city and capital it suffers from large population inflow hence air and noise pollution are unavoidable. the climate is pleasant but due to urban heat island effect one cannot feel it.it needs improvement on many aspects before it can be called livable.
