Proper planning methods should be followed for eg,:- in the society or locality area all community areas should be located in the centre rather than placing them in the corners. By doung this we can promote safety. Furthermore, lighting is a major concern. To avoid unethical activities, places should be well designed such rhat they receive proper light and ventilation and are not dark and dingy. Also, places like basements should have proper light shafts to promote safety.
