According to me the most liveable cities are 1) chandigarh 2) Ahmedabad 3)Bangalore They are highly planned , technically advanced green cities, with sustainable amenities that makes life easier and happier in them. According to me five points that make a city liveable are 1) safety 2) living conditions 3) resources 4) planning 5) economy based on the above mentioned points delhi as a city is highly unsafe , the living conditions are average because there are certain parts of delhi that fall under the BPL communities as well as the unplanned areas which are being planned to be developed or the earlier planned not to do well areas are predicted to be constructed in near future. for the part of its resources dellhi is sufficient for meeting the present need partly but isn; sustainable enough to meet the future needs. And economy and planning to be said for that matter is well to see.
