2) The city of Loja is located in southern Ecuador. Its temperature fluctuates between 16 to 12 degrees and is located at 2060 meters above sea level. Its rural area has temperatures of up to 8 degrees, this area is much colder because they are located on the tops of the mountains that surround the city center. Due to the agglomeration of buildings in the center, the environment is more uncomfortable and green areas, shadow spaces are lacking and, the spaces that arise are open squares with few places to meet and when temperatures rise it does not cause to stay but rather run away. 3) Intervention in the existing green areas where the user can appropriate the place and have contact with nature. 4) the government tries to minimize the demand for energy and implement cycle paths based on the municipality of Medellin-Colombia, however it does not work due to the climate factor and the culture factor of the city.
