My list of most livable cities: 1) Vancouver 2) Dubai 3) Toronto 4) Melbourne 5) Singapore. five characteristics that make a city liveable are : 1) Public Transport and Walk way and bicycle way are side by side If you live and work in Vancouver you can live without a car. 2) Education 3) Art and Culture 4) Low noise areas 5) health care. I live in mumbai. Based on the five characteristics listed my city needs to improve on walkability, requires more public transport, needs to reduce noise pollution, and improve infrastructure.
