The two "Invisible Information" I chose were : 1. Light Pollution Index (by Lx unit of illumination) 2. Number of Vehicles passing through the Highway The city could be made better if studies have been made as to the impact on Traffic Flow because of the construction of a Light Rail Transit System (Left Side). As seen in the picture, during rush hours, construction interferes heavily with traffic; causing a massive slowdown in the entirety of the Highway. Better decision-making and consideration would have resulted in a better quality-of-life.
