I currently live in Moscow and it’s a huge city more than 100 km from the north border to the south border. And the temperature differences even in different parts of the city. The suburbs of the city are like the center of the city, but buildings in center are smaller and shorter than in the suburbs. In the center of the city there are river, asphalted roads and a lot of cars so they make it hotter. I could not find any information on temperature difference. But in the suburbs tall buildings could make the temperature higher.
