Moscow is at the turn of the transition to a good life. Nowadays, recreational zones are actively developing, many programs are being sponsored for the improvement of the city. I live in a house that is in good condition in the city center. But I am tormented by the lack of proper heating in the winter and it is cold in my apartment all winter. In my opinion, it is necessary to improve the system of servicing utilities and increase control over the work of employees of the executive body. Also in the city now it has become much better, only garbage dumps are torturing. From them an unpleasant smell.
