1. Done 2. I can't upload second picture so i give a link to it: https://pp.userapi.com/c850416/v850416024/3fd1b/45F9T6ysp4M.jpg. The hottest moth in Moscow is July with average temperature 19.2 C, and the coolest month is January with average temperature about -6.5 C. The first photo shows my window view and the second shows the shore of Moskva River near my place. Buildings accumulate sun radiation as well as stone surfaces and cars, while river, large amount of green spaces and absence of asphalt help temperature remains cooler than in town. 3. I would like to make streets less wide and more suitable for pedestrians, increase the amount of green spaces and place plants on the walls of buildings. 4. No measures taking i believe for this purpose but streets in the city center become more suitable for pesestrians, public transportation became more comfortable and there are a lot of parks which were reconstructed.
