Question 4. Being an elected head of Strogino district I would open here a cultural center, because that is what people are lacking. It would be great to have here our little district exhibitions or local concerts. Being a mayor of Moscow I would pay more attention not to expanding the city’s territory, but to increasing the quality of an already existing one. I would focus on developing infrastructure in new districts which are really suffering without it. I would invest budgetary and private money in transport project increasing connection of such districts with the rest of the Moscow.
